Short Courses, Conferences and Seminars
A wide range of short courses is arranged throughout the year to provide participants with the knowledge and skills they require to improve their personal effectiveness. For example, courses on Selection Interviewing, Customer Care, Time Management and Minutes and Agendas, are offered as part of this programme.
The Training Group also facilitates and supports awareness-raising and training events on topical issues affecting local government. These events can range from a half-day seminar to a two-day residential conference.
