The People Making Change Happen conference took place on Tuesday 25 April 2006 in the Stormont Hotel. The event reviewed the key changes facing public sector organisations, the people management implications and the impact on working practices.

Over 160 delegates representing all 26 district councils and the wider public service attended the conference. A report detailing an agreed agenda for human resources in local government will be available shortly.
