Local Government RPA Communication Workshop

This session aimed to brief the nominated RPA communicators. Speakers from central and local government discussed what would be expected of the group and participants had the opportunity to question the speakers, talk of their own organisations experiences in communicating with staff, effective (and ineffective) methods and tools currently used and share best practice with each other.
