HELD ON TUESDAY 22 MAY 2007 at the HILTON HOTEL, BELFAST
The Local Government Training Group facilitated a major conference examining the challenges facing the public sector in building capacity for change.
The Conference was highly participative and provided practitioners from the wider public sector with an opportunity to debate ideas to meet the challenges of the RPA.
The theme of the Conference – “Building Capacity for Change” – was pursued through three sub-themes:
1 Skills to Manage Change
2 Organisational Models for Change
3 Governance, Networks, Partnerships
The event was aimed at all those involved in change management and improvement at senior management level.
