The Equality Network is providing a seminar on the case law from tribunal decisions and developments in employment legislation.
Fiona Cassidy, Beverley Jones and Joanne White of Jones and Cassidy Solicitors will outline case law by providing details of important recent cases and spelling out the legal and practical implications.
They will also provide an update of employment related legislation in general giving Equality Network members the opportunity to assess the impact of legislative changes on their organisation.
The seminar will commence at 10.30 am on Tuesday 4 December 2007 in the Function Room, Newtownabbey Borough Council Offices, Mossley Mill. Tea and coffee will be available from 10.00 am and lunch will be provided. A location map and details are available to download.
The cost of the seminar will be £50.00 per delegate, to be invoiced.
