This seminar was of particular interest to those interested in Communication and HR Issues, implicit in the reorganisation of the public sector in Northern Ireland. Delegates had the opportunity to learn how communication issues had been handled by other sectors, most notably the health sector which has undergone and continues to undergo considerable change during the roll-out of the Review of Public Administration.
The seminar also provided the opportunity to consider in further depth, the learning points arising from the 'Review of the Effectiveness of Communication and Implementation of the Review of Public Administration in Health and Social Care'.
This research was funded by the Public Service Commission and the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister and can be accessed from both the Public Service Commission (http://www.pscni.gov.uk/index/implementation-of-rpa) and RPA (www.rpani.gov.uk) websites.
