EQUAL PAY/SINGLE STATUS IMPLEMENTATION EVENT - 11 December 2008

This event is provided jointly by PPMA Northern Ireland Region, the Equality Commission for NI and the Local Government Staff Commission for NI and will provide an opportunity to learn from the experiences of local government colleagues from the North East Region of England who have extensive experience of:

implementing pay and grading reviews
dealing with the implications of recent cases i.e. Bainbridge, Allan etc.
pay protection issues, costs to councils, capitalisation etc.
equal pay and equal value issues

This event will be of interest to human resources officers, finance officers, chief executives and directors.

Tea and coffee will be available and lunch will be provided.

The cost of the seminar will be £50.00 per delegate, to be invoiced.
