Facilitated by the Equality Commission for NI, this seminar will demonstrate how councils can include data on gender in their Article 55 Review Report. It will include:
· the legal duties for employers
· how to evaluate data and assess fair participation in terms of gender
· the identification of affirmative action measures and how to determine their impact
· best practice – the Article 55 gender model
This event is free of charge and a light lunch will be provided.
