This is the conference of the year for all managers with personnel responsibilities involved in change management and improvement who need to prepare for the ongoing changes and challenges facing the public service in Northern Ireland.

This conference will provide a unique opportunity to create a public sector wide network by bringing together practitioners from all sectors.

Our conference theme, 'People – the Future of Public Services', recognises that the way we manage the skills and contribution of the people we employ is fundamental to effective service delivery.

Achieving change is complex and challenging given both public and political accountability. In order to achieve cultural change and develop effective leaders we need to attract and retain people with ability, enthusiasm, skills and vision.

In addition to the interactive Programme we are offering a number of 'chill-out zones' including health checks and relaxation sessions and a pensions clinic together with an extensive exhibition.
