Next Meeting of the Equality Network (Members Only) - Case Law and Employment Legislation Update

The next meeting of the Equality Network has been scheduled for Tuesday 21 October 2003 and will be an update on recent case law and new employment legislation.

Fiona Cassidy and Beverley Jones of Jones and Cassidy Solicitors will provide details of important recent cases and employment legislation and will outline the legal and practical implications for councils.

There will also be input from:

Marie Anderson, Assistant Information Commissioner on employee information and privacy

James Knox, COSO commenting on the EQIAs of personnel policies

Paul Oakes, Equality Commission on employment equality plans
