This Equality Network seminar will be facilitated by Alison Patrick, Management Consultant. The purpose of the seminar is to provide a comprehensive guide to recruitment practice in local government. It aims to cover not only the 'nuts and bolts' of the process but to provide ideas for improving the process through case studies and pointing to other resources which might help.
