Equality Network Seminar - Case Law and Employment Legislation Update

The Equality Network is providing a seminar on the case law from tribunal decisions and developments in employment legislation. Fiona Cassidy, Beverley Jones and Joanne White of Jones and Cassidy Solicitors will outline case law by providing details of important recent cases and spelling out the legal and practical implications.

Fiona, Beverley and Joanne will also provide an update of employment related legislation in general giving Equality Network members the opportunity to assess the impact of legislative changes on their organisation.

Topics to be covered include equal pay, age discrimination, leave entitlement (maternity, paternity, etc) and disability discrimination – reasonable adjustments and sick pay.
