The Commission, in conjunction with the Equality Commission NI, has arranged a half-day seminar to be held on the morning of Tuesday 22 March 2005 in Equality House,
7/9 Shaftesbury Square, Belfast.

The seminar, which is aimed at Chief Executives, Senior Managers and Elected Members, seeks to assist councils to take forward their strategies on promoting diversity. It will examine good relations in local government and provide examples where respecting diversity has resulted in recognition, understanding and tolerance of difference.
