Name:	Model Equal Opportunities Policy 2004
Description:	Model Equal Opportunities Policy Model Selection and Interviewing Skills Training Programme with a Special Emphasis on Equality The Commission at its March meeting agreed the revised copy of the Model Equal Opportunities Policy. This policy was originally issued by the Commission as a statutory recommendation in April 1999 for implementation by September 1999. This revised model Equal Opportunities Policy replaces that which is currently included at Annex 2 of the Code of Procedures on Recruitment and Selection. Annex 3 Model Selection and Interviewing Skills Training Programme with a Special Emphasis on Equality has been revised accordingly and is also available to download. These policies have been revised in line with new legislation and reflect changes, which the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland has made to their model policies.
